Due to a mixup with military storage, we were forced to leave our Ford F-150 in California outside at another facility while my husband deployed and I moved to Florida. We didn't think it was that big of a deal and that I could just come back and get it myself in a couple months but that was not the case. We were having difficulty because of the covid-19 outbreak getting people to move it for us or even respond. Bill was able to find us a reliable carrier who took excellent care of our vehicle and even delivered on a Sunday after we missed him the first time. Bill made sure it was the right fit for us and he kept in touch with us the entire time. He was with me the whole time, changing as necessary, dealing with Keys being out of state, items being left in the vehicle that weren't supposed to be there, permission from the storage company to release our not release, changing schedules due to covid-19 and people being unable to move the vehicle. Our vehicle arrived today much to my relief in excellent condition. Thank you so much to Bill and to our carrier for their excellent service. It was so nice to have an agent on my side when I unexpectedly needed it.
