Bill is an assertive person. I'll be honest, when I first spoke to him, I felt a little taken back by his demeanor; however, I'm not a sensitive baby and I wasn't looking for a camp counselor to gently speak to me and tell me everything was going to be "OK" . I was looking for a strong character to make sure my truck was delivered in good condition for a good price. Bill was the man for the job. He kept me informed on my listing, he worked hard to get me the best price, and in the end, I received my vehicle in a timely manner on my short notice, from the northern end of the country, Michigan, to the southern tip in Texas for even less than I was ready to to pay. He answered all my calls, or called back immediately, and explained everything thoroughly. He got me on a three way call with the carrier, and followed up after delivery to make sure everything went as scheduled. Give Bill a chance. He'll make it worth your money!! I know that if i have to have a truck shipped again, I'm calling him back.
