5 Star Service, First Rate Service Provider

I keep hitting the plus sign, because Bill is so much more than a "5", he is a 10! I do not move cars every day, so I used a couple of websites to find someone to handle the move of a vehicle for me. I received easily 30 quotes, multiple text messages, a ton of phone calls. There was such a huge swing between the highest quote and the lowest quote, even though I had provided everyone with the same information. I was perfectly clear in my communication. The only person who took the initiative to understand the requirements, provide information and answer all of my questions was Bill. I could have gambled and gone with the lowest cost provider and saved a few dollars. If you have the disposable time and enjoy paying for less than service, this review isn't for you. However, if you're like me and prefer to receive the service you paid for (and then some), then you're in good company and looking at the right broker to handle your job. Bill took the time to understand my requirements and then matched them to a carrier capable of providing exactly what I needed. And then the two of them *executed flawlessly*. The only thing they did not do was take their time or surprise me with upcharges. The car was delivered in 4 days and exactly on budget. I was completely hands off for the pickup and the delivery. It literally was door to door. Not a peep, issue, delay or deluge of calls trying to fix a situation on the fly. I sincerely cannot thank Bill enough for managing the entire job, from beginning to end for me. In a world of mediocre service providers it was such a joy to find someone that delivers on their word. I was not compensated at all for this review, I see that there are some people who leave a glowing review only for the purpose of a discount. I do believe in giving credit when credit is due, especially when a company goes above and beyond to provide stellar service.
