Upfront honesty rewards the contract

I work for a real estate agency in Fremont, California. Recently, we had a client that sold his house and moving out of state to New Hampshire. I was asked to handle his vehicle transfer to his new residence. Among all the feedbacks of a transportation service search for my clients' moving, Bill responded fast with upfront honesty about the possible scenarios in handling the selection of service, which saved me a lot of headache and a lot of tips were provided in selections of the transport service. Of course, I eventually go with Bill. Bill was able to find the driver in our need and in a timely manner. The cost was reasonable and the driver was very nice, corporative, and thrust worthy. Later on, my client's vehicle was delivered within the time frame promised (7 - 10 days and considered promptly). My client was very happy and satisfied with the arrangement that Bill had made for us. And that made two happy customers. It was under-promised and over-delivered. So, it goes without saying, I definitely will go with Bill in the future in this kind of need. - Gene Luo
