Bill, with Transport Connection is a serious guy. He wants to make sure he lives up to your expectations and he actually sets the expectation of what reality is and how this industry works, not what some of these other brokers want you to hear and then later, up your charges to fit the needs of the carrier and not the shipper (customer). He pulled through with ease and was on it like glue, from the moment he took his cut, to the end, when the car was delivered. I have no doubts this guy will stay awake for 48 hours straight to make sure all his customers are satisfied and if not, will stay up, until they are, and keep things sorted as necessary with any shipper he uses, and he's selective. I appreciate his abilities to navigate an industry that is not one that's enjoyable to work with, as it's a rough and somewhat dirty industry, so with him taking control of all those matters, makes it that much easier on me, who just wants to see his shipment arrive, as safe as possible, without incident. He's assertive and doesn't mess around, and in this industry, it's mandatory. Appreciated his service and will use him again, I'm sure. Ryan-
