This was my first time using a vehicle transport company so I was unsure how the process worked and was reluctant to trust anyone inside the business to explain it to me. I found Transport Connection's website and the information provided very helpful because it explained the business, how the brokers work and get paid, and some of the pitfalls to be aware of. When I called Bill, he walked me through the process and provided receipts and all documentation. He explained his approach to get my car picked up and delivered when I wanted it. Bill got the job done and it was within my budget. Very appreciative! Thanks, Bill!
