An uninformed seller threw a wrench into our first attempt to pick up the vehicle at the last minute, so we had to cancel the first carrier unfortunately. Bill got us all on a three way call to see about rescheduling, but he wasn't available. Bill was then able to find a new carrier a few days later, while keeping the price reasonable at the same time. The new carrier, Custom Dynamics Transport LLC, had a nice rig and was totally friendly on the phone and 100% professional. Bill does a great job and he actually cares about his customer. 5 stars for both Bill and Custom Dynamics.
