Extra fees and very unprofessional

A month ago, I accepted Edward Price’s offer to ship two cars from WA to NV of $1200 He explained to me that I would have to do an initial payment of $300 and the remaining $900 upon pick up I signed the terms and conditions and received my receipt with my deposit on it and my remaining balance. On the day of pick up, Edward has not called me to inform me of who my driver will be as promised I ended up reaching out to him to figure out what time the driver was coming I was told he couldn’t find anyone and that it would be the next day. I was upset but it is what it is. After this i did not receive anymore calls or texts from Edward. My driver contacted me the time and place of pick up. After that, as i confirmed the price of $900 left for the cars, the driver told me this is COD of $1300, which means I would have to provide $1300 to the driver when he delivers.. I tried to clarify to Edward what happened and told him i wasn’t informed of this.. and that if it was gonna be $1600, i would’ve gone with a different company.. He told me that it was “either pay a little more or not have your cars shipped at all.” I have planned all the money for my family’s move and have saved the $900 for the remaining balance. I don’t know how i’m gonna pay the $1300 .. Edward also said to “just pay the driver 1300 so he’ll release the cars” I also tried to get my $300 refunded so when the driver comes i will pay the $1300 even if it’s $100 more than what we agreed upon and he said that he cannot refund me the only money he made for this.. I have proof of all this conversation as it was through text.. I don’t know who else to contact or how to contact customer service through transport bee.. This is so unprofessional and very upsetting. I will never do business with them again and I will try my best to make sure everyone i know won’t use their services ever
