On 1-3-17 I scheduled a motorcycle pickup from Colorado to Texas. AutoTransport 123 sent out a transport vehicle designed to haul trucks to transport my motorcycle. The driver was insisted the vehicle was safe to transport a motorcycle. The driver wanted to put my Harley between two trucks. Needless to say the bike was slightly damaged and I had to demand the driver to take the bike off the truck not only because the Autotransport was not a safe vehicle to transport a motorcycle it was dangerous to load and unload. Driver wanted the customer to help during this whole process putiing the customer in danger. I have tried to get AutoTransport 123 to send a proper motorcycle transport and 4 days later still no returned call. Customer service horrible. I have a customer in Texas who is livid. Stay clear of Auto Transport 123 for Motorcycle transporting.
