My vehicle was damaged during transport and Towmax is not cooperating with my contracting company (All American Transport) in providing their insurance information to effect repairs for my vehicle. Warning...stay away from this shipping organization. They do everything they can to ignore customer concerns and issues. Really lack professionalism!

We transported Mr. Holdings vehicle from FL-NY on an open transport. We did an inspection when we picked up the car in FL. We delivered the vehicle on time and with no damage. Customer did a walk around inspection when he received it, he paid us and signed off with no damage on our BOL. He then called our office 1 month later stating that we damaged his vehicle and requested our insurance to place a claim. He was advised that we did not damage his vehicle and that he did not report any damages at time of delivery or within 1 week like it states on our BOL. Im sorry but we can not be liable for damages that he is claiming a month after we delivered.
