Spoke with Bob, made arraignments on Friday January 29TH of 2021 to have car delivered to Walnut Creek. I verified a delivery DAY with my client and called Bob at Top Line Service back to schedule. The car was picked Sunday, after Saturday was a possible pickup day. The saddest part is they do not do what they say and hide behind the weather, when the drive was is Roseville the same morning he was to deliver the car to Walnut Creek. They never called the owner to inform of a delivery date, instead they texted the customer. Afraid of being held accountable? They should not commit to call the person who is waiting for the delivery if they do not have the courage to tell them the truth. They hide knowing they have no consequences. I hope this helps them to honor and do what they say in the future. I will never use them again.
