Damaged my vehicle during transport and refused to help in any way. Had a 300 point check at the dealership the day before transport and TopLine refuses to acknowledge that the damage took place in route.

Refused to even answer the phone at first. They tried to hide behind a clause in their contract, that any damage that takes place while your car is in their care is not their responsibility. Anyone who has ever taken a JuCo business law class would agree that their contract is completely illegal and unenforceable.

Hello, we apologize you were not satisfied with the service you received from the transporter for the Honda CR-V. However, this vehicle was loaded from a residence where the transporter met with the contact you provided for pickup and a full inspection of the exterior of your car was completed and signed by your pickup contact. This same inspection form was signed by your delivery contact as well that it arrived in the same condition it left in. The vehicle was only driven up the ramp to load and down the ramp to unload, the transporters are professionals in shipping vehicles, however they are not mechanics and do not inspect under the hood and there for are not liable for any mechanical issues that may or may not have occurred. Transporters are responsible for exterior damages they cause, something like dust or dirt is a normal occurrence for an open transport. As far as the vehicle arriving dirty, to keep vehicles clean during transport we offer enclosed transport as an option. Please contact us if you need any further information.
