This company is extremely unprofessional. I did not use their company to ship my car as a result of the poor communication. Received no phone calls in regard to my car, I had to always call this company. Car was supposed to be picked up 3/17/18 again I never got a phone call. Rep claims that a driver was ready to pick up my vehicle on 3/16/18, but I wouldn’t have known that because they DONT COMMUNICATE. All in all, don’t waste your time, especially if your new to shipping vehicles. You trust these companies with your vehicle and you don’t even get a phone call to reassure you.
