Professional / Fun / Quick / Extremely careful / Stress-free / Amazing at communicating / Overall an incredible experience I don't even know where to begin, Erica is absolutely the best in the business and made the transport of my car smoother than I could have ever thought possible. This was the first time I ever shipped a car across the country - I purchased a new BMW sight un-seen, and wanted to ensure that the car was not only going to be delivered without hitch, but with incredible care as well. Erica delivered on that and more. I had asked for the car to be delivered at the top of the trailer to avoid any rocks, or issues during transport, and when the car arrived it was actually delivered in an enclosed single car trailer!! I don't know if I lucked out or what, but she provided VIP level service at one of the best price points in the game. I will never look elsewhere or consider any other service and plan on recommending them highly to all of my contacts.
