Thank you Erika for calling me entitled...what great customer service

Erika seemed like a really nice and personable sales rep, but she's only trying to gain your business. "Lost" information about when I needed the car shipped when it was clearly in the email. Spent an entire day on the phone with Erika and the carrier trying to figure everything out a few days before my car was supposed to be shipped out. The carrier was told by Erika that the car will be ready two days before I scheduled for pickup, and we had to hold up their route just to get my car picked up at a decent time. Not only that, the carrier has been apologizing more for Erika's mistakes than she was. My car is being held at the carrier's main location waiting for me to pick it up. WOULD NOT USE AGAIN!!!

Update: Erika did call me to discuss this review. After 10 minutes of listening to her getting agitated, she called me entitled and told me to have a nice life. Thank you Erika, but I am paying for a service that should be adequately provided. I tried explaining to you that your miscommunication is the entire issue. Just because I got the car "picked up and dropped off early" is not to my convenience. People trying to ship their car should try to deal with carriers directly and not through brokers.

Diana is totally and utterly unreasonable and has the sense of entitlement of a princess. Our contract CLEARLY states that we CANNOT guarantee pick up or delivery dates. I spoke with and was yelled at by her mother (not her) for 30 minutes at most (not all day) several days before pick up. Her mother agreed to let the carrier pick up Diana’s car on the May 19th in the afternoon instead of on May 20th like I had originally discussed with Diana a month before. The carrier is estimated to arrive in Florida on the 24th (the car was NOT delivered early, it is NOT being held anywhere, it is still in transit.) Diana will be arriving to Florida on the 24th. The carrier is willing to delivery her car to her when it is CONVENIENT for her, but that is NOT good enough. I hope her the best and I am very happy that she will not be recommending our services to anyone she knows because I wouldn't want to work with them if they are anything like her.
