Awful customer service

I would not recommend at all timeless auto transport. I scheduled a pickup to move my vehicle from MD to AZ and I paid a deposit of $100 to do so. A day or 2 before the scheduled pickup Dean called me to explain that the carrier canceled due to the driver having to be admitted into the hospital. That's fine. Dean advised he would work on finding me another carrier. Well the next 2-3 days I had to call Dean to personally inquire about a new carrier, etc. because each day would pass with me not hearing anything. After not hearing back any word I finally called and told Dean I wanted a refund and will find another broker to get me a carrier because I needed to get my vehicle shipped. I was assured my refund would be no issue. It has now been 3 weeks and I have still not received my refund. I have called and talked to Dean several times who always assures it's being processed and coming through. I have spoken to Tommy in finance who asked me to email him requesting a copy of my receipt along with my reservation #. And most recently I have spoken to the manager, Noah, who said finance is in a meeting but would call me back within an hour (didn't happen). It's absolutely ridiculous and extremely unprofessional for 3 weeks to pass with no refund for service never rendered and constantly being given the run around
