Our driver shipped my new-to-me, non-working classic car all the way from Florida to Seattle. I inherited the car and was nervous because I don’t know how to drive it. We had to roll it off his trailer and push it for blocks. He helped and was delightful, even with very little English and after the hand brake became seriously stuck (we used a hammer!) making him late for next job. The broker text communication all along the way was great. A rather stressful job successfully completed!
