I also read a ton of reviews before selecting Tempys. I called and spoke to an agent who was personable and knowledgeable about the process. It was pretty straight forward to place the deposit, they post the position, driver accepts, you pay more money and driver contacts from there. The driver was excellent, timely and professional. I would say the only issue was there a small confusion about the deposit money and then the additional money that I paid once it was booked. I got an another invoice to pay again, but it was quickly handled. The driver person CASH for balance due and if you need to pay credit there is a processing fee. It was a great experience. Car arrived on time and in great condition. I would use them again!
