After paying for a cross country move for my car I expected more professionalism. When the time came ( arrived late ) for drop off Tony reached out. I moved to a large apartment community with massive parking lots surrounding 10 buildings with a wide entrance /exit. I already planned to meet them at the entrance to make it easier for everyone. After knowing they were unfamiliar with the complex I suggested the lots when you pull in the complex. The driver decided to respond by explaining he was driving a truck and they have a different turn radius, like I had the intelligence of a tumbleweed. They informed my they would be unloading on the street that is often busy. When they arrived both Tony and his partner didn’t acknowledge us or say anything until they handed us the paper to sign and said have a good day. I will never recommend this company and I regret every choosing them.
