I’ve shipped my car almost 3 times over the last 4 years, and I never had any issues with these experience. This time TFI service was absolutely different, it is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my life. I was told that they will pick up my car on time which is never happened, and they told me that I will receive my car on a certain date of the week, but every time I call they tell me there is some delay!!! Other than that poor service, their customer service were very disrespectful to me, their attitude and the way they talk to you, one of their employees told me” why you keep calling us”!!!
