Shoddy Service - Car was filthy

These guys did such an unprofessional job. They were required to provide 24hr notice - which they did not. So they decide to drop the car off at a towing company's owners home instead of delivering a brand new jaguar to my home. I had to arrange on my own to pick up the car - when i did, i found the entire car was covered with filth and mud. I had to take the car to a detail shop where they were aghast and couldn't even tell that the car was black - thinking it was a grey car. I could not recommend and would strongly urge you to stay away from this outfit.
