I contacted this company to transport An SUV and an ATV from Indiana down to Florida and within an hour I received a call back from Max. He was extremely professional and communicative about my options and worked diligently with me throughout the process - which he made so easy for me. He kept in communication with me via phone, text and email as we worked through scheduling and the logistics. I never went more than a few minutes without a response from him, even at early morning and late evening hours - such wonderful customer service. These two vehicles mean a lot to me as they were my fathers who recently passed away and were given to me thereafter which made me so nervous to have them handled by anyone but Max worked closely with me, was understanding and patient and built trust with me which I can not thank him enough for. Additionally, from pick up to delivery it was only 3 days which I think is pretty amazing considering the logistics involved. I would recommend him and his team to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy company to care for their transport! Thank you Max sincerely!
