I made a contract with this company to pick up my car September 21, my car was picked up Sept 24 at 11:00 pm. Sergio explained previously I would receive my car at destination Sunday. I spoke to carrier today September 26 and was made aware they are just leaving WPB. I am very angry and disappointed with this company. I have called and left several messages since Monday, no one cares to respond. My contract states I should get a rental car if there is a delay with delivery. Presently I have to be using taxi service to move around. I would never recommend this company for anyone to use their services.

Good afternoon , we are the broker company and unfortunately we go by what the carrier tell us , we always provide number and name of the driver so costumer can be aware also . we do apologize you have receive your vehicle late but it gets out our hands we did our job .
