I setup a transport for two vehicles a few weeks in advance of their scheduled pickup. I was told I'd get an email or phone call the week prior with a confirmed carrier. Never received either. Was able to contact them during the pickup window and was assured that everything was ready to go. The dates came and went and there was never any further contact. I wouldn't bother using this broker.
