Empty promises

Beware. Stateway is one of those company's who explain the system of getting a car from here to there and make you believe they have in-house drivers. The truth in my case, is that all they did was put my job on a national job board so that a driver who neither of us have ever met before can pick up my truck. When I tried to contact them after learning that my car was still sitting there 14 days after the promised date, they were non-responsive. No one returned a call, or an email, or a text. Before I paid, they called back right away. The only problem was after you pay.

My car sat in Texas for almost 30 days. I called another company called Q Auto and they were GREAT. Q Auto actually did some work to get a driver and my car was picked up the very next day.

Stateway will put your job on a board and forget about you in order to collect a commission. You are just a commission to them, not a customer.
