After a week of frustration dealing with a competitor's outsourced call center and lack of communication, I'm so happy I found Sherry with SBS Transporters. She would answer my calls and texts, often even late in the evening. She would always call me back and let me know of any updates. The process of getting my car picked up took some extra time but I always felt in the loop and it kept me from worrying. After a carrier was dispatched I was provided all the paperwork and in a few short days my car arrived at the destination in the exact condition that it left.
With so many transportation brokers to choose from, the most important detail comes down to trust and communication. I can certainly say Sherry's communication is excellent and SBS Transporters has earned my trust.
