Terrible Customer Service

Do not use this company. I doubt the good reviews are real. I am a coporate level executive and I have shipped cars over 20 years now. South Beach Auto was not the cheapest but Mario was friendly and appeared to be honest. He said he could pick up my car from Houston, Texas on Friday and have it delivered by Saturday. He claimed there was NO UPFRONT cost. I received the contract via email that asked for a credit card to be put on file. Immediately $200 was put on HOLD! The car was picked up on Friday as promised. Friday night asked for an update so that I could make plans to turn in my vehicle. No reply! Saturday-NO CAR and NO Reply. Sunday-NO CAR and NO REPLY. Monday- NO CAR and NO REPLY. Tuesday, I thought I would try to call the driver again. NO ANSWER but he texted he would arrive between 1pm and 3pm. Prior to the drivers response, I texted South Beach Auto-Mario and received a rude and unprofessional response. He stated that PER MY CONTRACT, I would get the cars. BMW and MERCEDES! He called me hostile and said I could leave a bad review if I wanted to. Of course, he had received his $200 payment. Under no cirmcumstances should you use this company. I still do not have my vehicles and I had to block Mario because his calls were harrassing and rude.
