Really saved me when needed, great service

After a horrible experience with another company (Auto Transport 123, worst company ever, dont EVER USE THEM), who left me hanging on the last day of pickup, I panicked and had less than 24hrs to find another company and remembered David Houstoun's calm and professional demeanor and decided to give him a call. In less than 24hrs he found me a truck to take my car from MA to CA. He's a very professional and calm and reassuring broker. That same day one of his people came over and picked up my car, after performing a checklist inspection. There were a few miscommunications later with regards to actually reaching the dispatch of the transportation company, but David made sure to interfere and help coordinate the delivery. The car arrived a few days later than expected (weather issues) but I was not in a rush. The delivery driver was very nice, professional, performed a checklist against the initial inspection. The car arrived in good condition, with all the items safe and sound. From my experience all these transportation companies/brokers seem very dodgy and not trustworthy, but based on my personal experience I would definitely use David again.
