This company is same as other tranpsorters ! Its all about bait and switch! Manny told me several lies and when informed about it he really didnt care. here are the lies
1. promised me my car on a specific date 4/20/16.. however on 4/21/16 he infomred me to read the small print of the contract and claims it stats give or take a few days ! wow epitome of bait and switch.
2. stated my credit wouldnt be charged until delivery...lies it was charged the next day after I ordered
3. claims he sent me the drivers info ( but I never got it and he says it must be in my spam box)
4. the day after I placed the order and signed the invoice....coudlnt get him on the phone not even once...go figure
I dont even think I can be upset because the last company I dealt with did the exact same , these guys are shady and they dont care. Im really thankful that my father is an attorney and will take care of this matter for me once my car is delievered. This is the legal definition of theft by deception and it is a crime ! I dont get irrate or ignorant I choose the legal fight and this is another that I will make sure is handled ! good luck guys proceed with caution.
