Decided to go with this company based on first impression and customer service from Izzy. Was told from the beginning that this would be door to door service by truck, and they would not be using an outside contractor. Both of these promises proved to be false. Was first informed that they had to use an outside contract driver and when that company called to schedule the pickup of the vehicle on Tuesday March 22 they told me they would send a driver to my house in Orange County Ca., and that they would drive it to LA to load on to the truck, Not happy with this. Then I was told by Izzy that the car would be delivered to Virginia on the 30th, 31st or 1st of April. I informed the party that was to receive the vehicle about these dates and all seemed ok. Then I got a call from the driver on Friday March 25 and was told that he would be delivering the car on Sunday March 27, (EASTER Sunday) I infor1med the driver that no one would be there because the people receiving the vehicle were going to be out of town for the holiday .I asked if he could drop it off on Monday or Tuesday and he told me he couldn't wait so he would put it in a storage facility and would charge me another $50 dollars. I was upset about this and contacted Izzy and he told me he could not do anything about that. The car was final delivered 5 days later at a Walmart not at the house of the people receiving the vehicle. Not a Good Overall Experience. Too many false promises.
