This process was one of the worst I have ever had, I was told my vehicle would be picked up on a certain day and to expect a call from the driver 24 hours in advance. When I didnt hear I called Melissa and she said I would be contacted, I was told a certain carrier would be transporting the vehicle. When I called that carrier they informed me they had no record. Melissa stopped responding until I asked to cancel the agreement. Suddenly she responded and canceled the agreement. All I look for is transparency and honesty, I didnt receive either one

Dear Customer, thank you for your feedback! As per our system, there was a driver assigned to your order who was supposed to ship your vehicle. Unfortunately, after your request for a cancellation, we had to dispatch him. He also relied on your order. No cancellation fee has been applied. We apologize if our company seemed unreliable in any way. Please, let us know if you need any further assistance.
