I paid my deposit on Monday for somebody to pick up my vehicle the person didn’t respond until Tuesday night saying they would pick it up Wednesday and that it would take about six days to transport my car on a 16 Hour Drive . when the broker aka Sonic said that it would only be 2 to 3 days. due to their unprofessionalism I requested a different driver the driver was scheduled to pick up my car Thursday deliver it before Saturday Friday they called saying that they would pick it up no later than Friday night they did not pick it up Friday night they in fact blocked my number I had to call from a different number and they said they had a setback and that they would pick it up Saturday no later than Saturday night. it’s been a week and my car still hasn’t been picked up by anyone and they took my deposit the first day already!

Dear Jasmine, We apologize for such a delay with your order! We did assign drivers 3 times. The first time the driver didn't meet the time frames requested, the second and third times they canceled last-minute. We do our best to pre-screen all of our carriers, but unfortunately, some things we just cannot foresee. We can assure you that any carriers that act like this are removed from our list so any future orders will not suffer from late cancellations on their side. We are still working on your order and appreciate your patience! Also, we never charged you anything. The deposit was authorized on your card once the first driver was assigned, but the authorization had been voided. Thank you for such detailed feedback!
