BEWARE OF THIS SCAM

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE ESSENTIALLY RUNNING A SCAM. They quoted me a price of $1,450 to ship my car from Massachusetts to California, and today, less than 48 hours before pickup, they told me that the driver’s “father died and he is in the hospital” - that’s a direct quote, I’m not sure if his father died OR he is in the hospital, but either way it began to sound fishy. They then told me that the only other driver they found was charging $2,200 - over $700 more than the original price that I agreed to in the contract. Judy, Kylie, and Judy’s manager all worked in concert with each other to facilitate this scam - and all 3 refused to take accountability for not adhering to the original contract and continued to blame the driver. They also imbed a clause in the contract saying that the “price is subject to change”, meaning they can charge what they want regardless of what’s in the contract. In short, THIS IS A SCAM. They wait until you have no other options and then try to raise the price of the shipment. Please DO NOT USE THEM.

Dear Patrick, On behalf of our company, please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience you've faced with your order. Unfortunately, the original driver that was assigned to your order was not able to provide you with service due to horrible personal circumstances, which you were informed about. According to this, our dispatch department was forced to search for any other option available in the shortest timeframe. This last-minute booking was exactly the reason why another carrier company requested a higher amount of payment. Even though your customer service representative informed you, that we are only a middle-man here, who try to make all the possible effort to locate a secondary option for your consideration, we do not reject our responsibility with this issue. We will review it carefully in order to improve our customer service in the future. Thank you for your prompt and honest feedback!
