Wrong way to treat a customer

After agreeing on a price and signing a contract, my vehicle was supposed to be picked up for delivery to Las Vegas on 8/12/21 between 3 a d 6 pm, at 12 pm on 8/12/21 Sonic called me and canceled, leaving me high and dry, I needed the car there on the 18th, then on 8/13/21 they call me and say they con now do it again but it would be there one day later and they wanted $600 more, I would strongly advise anyone looking for auto transport not to use Sonic, thank you

Dear Michael, We apologize for such a terrible inconvenience with your order. Unfortunately, the driver that was originally assigned to your order has canceled last-minute and we had to look for other options, that's why the cost went up. It's totally our fault and we will look into it in order to improve our services.
