Steer clear of Smart Talk Transport!
Smart Talk Transport has failed to reimburse us for damage caused to our car when they were transporting it from Florida to Canada after the Covid pandemic closed borders and we were unable to bring it back to Canada ourselves. The car received damage and significant rock chips during transport. Smart Talk's manager, Stelios Vergitsis, has been assuring us since Oct, 2020 that their legal and insurance team would reimburse us for repairs that were authorized and completed on Oct. 28/20. Yet, all we have heard are empty promises. Six months later, reimbursement has still not been received.
