To be honest, shipping a car has always made me nervous, and about half of the reviews on this site sounded fake or made up to make a company sound better than they actually were. I had a great experience with Robert and this company, but do your homework, look on BBB, Yelp, etc. to ensure you're shipping with someone you can trust. I did this research on Silver Express and they seemed to be honest and keep the customer informed along the way. Robert called me multiple times throughout the process to make sure I was happy with how things were going. After agreeing to use his company, he went out of his way to notify me that they were still searching for a driver, even though we'd just signed a contract not even 24 hours prior. Driver was professional and courteous, and they were able to get my car delivered earlier than anticipated. Do your research, but these guys seem to be one of the better companies out there.
