I made a mistake and lost the info for the shipping service we used last year (which was Shipping-A-Car) so I found another one online. As we got close to the date I needed to have the car picked up, and making repeated calls where I got the run-around, my husband located the number for Shipping-A-Car. Neal got my car picked up within 5 hours! Now I have the number in my Favorites and will never use anyone else. Neal got me out of a really tight spot, Thanks Neal! The car arrived exactly when promised and in great shape.
