I made a mistake and lost the info from the shipper we used last year (which was Ship-A-Car) so I found another one online. After repeated calls to find out when my car was being picked up, and being given the run-around, my husband located Neal's number, I called him and the car was picked up 5 hours later! And it was delivered exactly when promised. I was running out of time and Neal rescued me. Now I have his number in my Favorites, I'll never make that mistake again, or use any other service. Thanks Neal, you're the best. You got me out of a really tight spot.
