2 J Star transport was the driver, he was awefull!!! Unprofessional, lied about when he would pick up the vehicle and lied when he would drop it off amongst other issues of rudeness! My "5" review was forJohnny at Ship 2Day was my hero!!!He is the only person through this process that cared. He gave me his cell phone number to contact him and was friendly and helpful!!!I would use Ship 2 Day again, but I will never use the driver again! Thank you so much for all of your help Johnny!!!
