Not a great experience

I wasn’t going to leave a review but they keep asking for my feedback. So, I was told someone would pick up my car on the 18th. It’s confirmed and set, awesome! They call on the 18th and say it’s actually not until the 19th and the 18th was an “estimated” date and not a set date. I was leaving town on the 19th at 5am. After figuring out a way around that, they told me they got my car and it will be delivered on the 24th. Guys truck breaks down and NOBODY bothered to let the customers know that the car was going to be a day late. Lottie at ship a car was sweet and helpful but the carrier company she chose for my car was not a carrier I’d recommend. I get it, trucks break down and things happen but shame on them for not communicating that to their customers until they’re texting and calling trying to figure out where their car is on delivery day. My car arrived with no damages on the 25th. Needless to say, if you don’t care about where your car is or how long it’s going to take, this company is great. But if you’re like me and you like to know the exact date your car is being delivered then I don’t recommend. There are better companies out there.
