My main issue is that the truck driver/carrier and Ship-a-Car Direct did not communicate. On pick up day, I wanted to reach the carrier regarding a time estimate, and SaCD could not reach them. Two days before my expected delivery date, I called customer service because I was on the road and saw my car on a truck next to me. Customer service said the car would arrive two days later, but it was at my apartment 30 minutes later. Luckily I saw it on the road and went straight home. All in all, the shipping service was good, but the customer service was not.
