Ship a Car Direct made everything seem like they would have your back if anything were to go wrong but it has been the complete opposite. From the very beginning, I was insulted, disrespected, and put in a scenario where I had to de-escalate the driver from being mad just because I had shown concern for my cars. I was treated like complete crap for no good reason. I handed over my cars to the driver in pristine condition, perfectly washed, and received them with hard water stains, bugs, and pasted leaves. Even with photos and video of the entire scenario, Royal Team refused to pay for the proper corrections needed, even when taken to a professional detailer. Ship a Car Direct did nothing more to correct the situation and dumped it all on my lap. So much for customer care. Ship a Car Direct continues to ignore me in receiving compensation for how I was treated and how my vehicles were improperly transported. I paid for an enclosed trailer shipment of my vehicles and I did not receive that level of shipment. With the level of treatment, I did receive, I could have just shipped them an open trailer and saved money. Whatever you do, do not use this shipping company!
