I contacted Ship a Car Direct multiple times months and weeks in advance of my shipping arrangements to ensure a smooth transaction. I provided all my details and every time I was told to call back at a time much sooner to the shipping date. When I called back on the specified date, I was told that my pick up date could not be accommodated because it is a Sunday and I should have known this. Furthermore, I was given bad information that the carrier had an off-hours drop box which turned out not to be accurate. I was forced to deal with the carrier directly to work out logistics while on vacation, which was exactly what I wanted to avoid. I have no idea what Ship A Car Direct did other than take my $250 and provide me with false information. I will not be using this service again nor would recommend to anyone.
