I had the worst experience with this company and the driver who dealt the car with me. I was literally in tears from being so frustrated trying to get my car. It was delivered from Nevada to Virginia where I am now currently residing. The driver called saying he was supposed to come between 6-8pm but did not get there until 11pm at night and was insisting that I come. Before I get started on that one the location was also incorrect... even though they say door-to-door delivery. Texted & called the driver about this who refused to drop it off at a lot near my apartment. Instead, he made me choose between going to a location that was 30 miles away and 11 miles away. Im trying to get my car?? You literally have my car. Anyways, Im literally a small 5'2 girl and this man I have never met before is trying to ask me to come to an unknown location to me (just moved here) in the middle of the night?? I call the customer service who I ask to move the time I get the car and they said yes and that they will send me a confirmation email and were trying to get me off the phone..but the problem is that they literally do not have my email - I also never got an email. Called the driver and told him that I moved the delivery day/time to the morning after and he says to me verbatim "what is your problem" Next morning, I pay for a $40 uber to go get my car. Very cool. Car was also at the very top so it was covered in dead bugs. My experience definitely could have been better lmao.
