Good company, would use again, plan for buffer time

Overall, I would use this company again. At the beginning, talked to a couple companies, and Ship-a-Car seemed the most thorough and reliable. During the time of shipment, I got my car a little over a week later than I expected. This is probably because there was some confusion with turnover because one employee had left the company and my file was supposed to be transferred to another employee. When they confirmed a new carrier with a new shipment date, everything went really well. David was very communicative with me, dispatch, and the driver. He ensured the process went smoothly and my car got here without a hitch! The carrier was also very flexible with pick-up and delivery times to make sure it fit with my schedue.
