Had a great experience with them. Scott the sales rep was very informative and took care of getting the carrier set up. The first carrier cancelled, driver got sick but Scott got another driver within days. It took longer but I was not in a hurry on the pick up. They hit the delivery date with no issues. Driver met me in a Target lot, unloaded car, everything looked good and we were on our way in 30 minutes.
