This was my first experience ever buying a car out of state and shipping it across the country. At no fault to Ship a Car Direct, there were delays with getting documentation to the dealership which caused me to change the pickup date multiple times. Inclement weather caused additional delays, but the entire time, I was in communication with Gabe and he was very responsive. He continuously searched for carriers to meet my revised pickup dates. In the end, the car was picked up as scheduled and arrived a day early. I would not hesitate to use Ship a Car Direct again in the unlikely event I ever needed to ship a car again.
