Overall very helpful. They made the process very easy and did routine follow-ups throughout the entire process. The only reason they are getting a 4 and not a 5 is because the car was a day later than estimated and getting a hold of the driver was a difficult task. The driver had switched from the one that originally picked up the car and no new contact information was given to me. I had to call the person I was in contact with to get the new driver information and reaching him was hard.
