Miserable experience from beginning to end. Got a quick quote and an expected pick up date range, then... nothing. I had to keep calling them back just to find out if anyone was ever going to pick up my car. Finally got a carrier, and it turned out to be a really shady dude driving a car carrier truck in flip-flops (not exactly confidence-inspiring). Was told it would take a week to ship my car cross-country, then, again.... nothing. No updates, no revised ETA, nothing. Had to keep calling (Gabe) back just to try to find out what was going on with my car -- and he had no idea, kept saying he'd have to check with the carrier, trying to pass the buck and blame them, and said he would get back to me but would never call back and each additional day would go by. Finally was told to expect the car on a certain day a couple days after the original ETA but, again... nothing. No contact, no update, and no car. Still waiting, after having made about a half-dozen phone calls to this useless service, and still no car and still no update on when I ever might see it again. Just awful service. Look around and find someone else to go with, not these guys!
