I had an outstanding experience with ship-a-car Direct! I had to change the dropoff date a week before pickup, and their customer service went above and beyond to flex to my shift in schedule. Not only that, but they communicated through the entire process and assigned a driver that took great care of my vehicle. Most importantly, there was no "Funny Business" that you hear about with other companies. Drop off was easy, and payment was exactly as agreed upon before ordering the service. WILL USE AGAIN!
